As I chiropractor I look after your nerves joints and muscles by using a range of different treatment modalities. These include but are not limited too, spinal adjustments, soft tissue massage, dry needling (Acupuncture), active release, stretches and exercise. As chiropractors we are able to treat and manage a vast range of musculoskeletal conditions including spinal conditions, joint pain, tension headaches, muscle pain, arthritis, frozen shoulder, specific tendinopathies, and jaw pain.

I grew up on a family farm located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons national park, which is where the clinic can be found.

In 2023, I received a master’s degree from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. I believe chiropractic should be a constantly developing profession and endorse the importance of continued personal development to be able to provide the best, most up to date, evidence-based care possible.
